At Avantara Mountain View, our primary goal is to help our guests recover their strength and restore their confidence and independence. Our comprehensive and therapeutic approach to post-hospital rehabilitation begins with an intensive physical and occupational rehabilitation plan designed to meet the specific needs of each individual guest. Each plan is designed to help our guests reduce pain, improve living skills and enjoy greater overall functionality.

Avantara Mountain View offers its residents a low patient to therapist ratio, an attentive level of personalized therapy up to seven days a week. On average, participants in our intensive rehabilitation program can return home in as little as three weeks. Care is individualized for patients requiring extended rehabilitation and often those patients can return home in only a few weeks.

Avantara offers a full range of individualized care for patients requiring treatment for kidney disease, including bedside peritoneal dialysis and our own on-site hemodialysis center. This center features advanced hemodialysis machines and comfortable reclining chairs and is supported by a team of registered nurses and technicians that specialize in maximizing the progress of each patient’s treatment.

An innovative, interdisciplinary approach to treat chronic wounds using advanced treatments and therapies. We are lymphedema certified and our lymphedema therapy, delivered by certified therapists, helps control and reduce swelling, and improve day-to-day function.
